Steven Gerrard has done a lot right since arriving at the club in the summer and many of us are happy with the job he has done.
At times he has shown a bit of naivety but that was always to be expected with this his first senior management role.
Without doubt, though, he has done a lot right and has restored a lot of pride and passion among the squad.
Certainly, we have a lot of players that are ready to fight for the shirt and Gerrard will not stop until those that aren’t up for the battle are shown the door.
Perhaps, then, it is little surprise that Carlos Pena might be going to Turkey sooner rather than later:

Of course, nothing is guaranteed but you’d have to say good riddance if he did leave the club now.
He’s not in Steven’s plans whatsoever and so I expect him to move on soon.
