Josh McPake scored his first goal for Harrogate Town last night, in a 3-2 defeat away to Tranmere Rovers.
The loan Ranger had a good night individually and earned some very positive comments from fans as well as Harrogate manager, Simon Weaver.
19 year-old McPake grabbed the opener in his third game for the League Two side but they could not build on it and ended the game with 10 men.
Weaver described McPake’s performance as ‘on fire’ and there was further positivity from fans on Twitter.
Many Rangers fans were interested in the progress of the highly rated youngster and this was some of the reaction to his display at Prenton Park.
Not even exaggerating when I say he’s in the top 2 players of all time, and he’s not second
