The SPFL has confirmed the fixture dates for the final games of the Premiership season as the split draws closer.

This weekend will see Game 30 for all clubs, including Rangers v Dundee United with Michael Beale’s men looking to push on with the impressive string of results over recent months.

After that, just three games remain before the now traditional split in the league table with the top six facing off against each other and the same for those at the bottom half of the table.

Rangers are set to go to Parkhead on April 8th, ahead of hosting St. Mirren at Ibrox on April 15th. The last fixture of the regular league season is the trip to Pittodrie on 23rd April and then before the split commences, the Old Firm do battle once again on 30th April in the Scottish Cup final.

With the confirmation provided today, the climax to the Premiership season will unfold on the following dates:

Game 34 – 6/7 May

Game 35 – 13/14 May

Game 36 – 20/21 May

Game 37 – 23/24 May

Game 38 – 27/28 May

It has also been stated that the top six will play the last game of the season on Saturday 27th May 27 with a designated 12.30pm kick-off slot whilst the bottom six will finish the following day.

The confirmed post-split fixtures and TV selections are expected to be published in the week commencing Monday April 24 but the SPFL could be able to bring this forward, in conjunction with Sky if the make-up of the top six is confirmed sooner.

That situation with the clubs in contention for sixth place will become clearer over the next couple of games.

Overall, the domestic season will run into another month with the Scottish Cup final due to take place at Hampden on Saturday 3rd June.
