Rangers attacker Joe Dodoo had a fantastic November out on loan at Blackpool, something that has been recognised by winning the club’s Player and Goal Of The Month awards.

The 23-year-old scored four goals throughout November for the English League One side, including a wonderful overhead kick that landed him the second monthly honour.

It’s an incredible turnaround in his form on loan considering he was struggling to get into the Blackpool side prior to his goal and assist against Exeter City in the FA Cup.

How relevant it all is to Rangers remains to be seen, but the club are likely to be as impressed as anyone with his progress as Steven Gerrard looks for attacking answers in the final third.

Dodoo hasn’t yet managed to find a regular game at the Gers despite working under four managers, but his current deal at Ibrox doesn’t expire until 2020, still giving him some time to prove himself.

Can he still make an impact at Ibrox?
