Slavia Prague have provided details of the ‘criminal complaint’ they have lodged following the scenes at Ibrox on Thursday evening.

The racism row with Slavia’s Ondrej Kudela at the centre of it – as the instigator – has taken a turn with the Czech club on the offensive due to what they have presented as atttacks on them, including an alleged physical assault.

Slavia are co-ordinating their complaints and legal action with the Czech embassy in London.

A Glasgow Times report today on the Slavia response, included the following:

“In view of the uncertainty as to the criminal complaint made to Glasgow police, Slavia decided to specify the information.”

“The complaint was sent to the Czech embassy in London and directly to the address provided by the embassy as a contact for investigation of the events.”

“The complaint was sent on Friday, 19 March 2021, after the return of the team to Prague.”

It continued,

“The complaint will be complemented by other relevant facts in cooperation with a law firm hired in Scotland.”

“It is in our interest to thoroughly examine the events and to find justice.”

Justice

In the eyes of many, including the Rangers players, this will be seen as adding insult to injury.

Where is the justice for Glen Kamara?

The catalyst for everything in this fall-out is the deliberate action of Ondrej Kudela – this is something that Slavia have been avoiding.

The instant reactions of Kamara and Bongani Zungu are compelling, given that they don’t directly communicate but hear the same thing.

This is corroboration.

Yesterday, Slavia released a video showing their apparent disdain for racism ‘with a loud no’.

This was to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

It is far from convincing, as the Slavia PR machine goes into overdrive in this ongoing feud.
