The Gers will be looking to have a strong November with them getting off to a good start with a decent win over St. Mirren at the weekend.
It’s been a pretty decent start to the season so far for the Gers but last month we did see a few frustrating results creep in that could have been better.
Of course, the biggest setback of all was the loss to Aberdeen in the Scottish League Cup semi-final but that paled into significance when you took into account the serious injury supporter John McGall suffered.
Thankfully, though, he is on the mend and in a typically class gesture from the Gers, Hall of Fame star Mark Hateley went to visit him in hospital:
