Rangers secured a four-nil win over St Mirren in the Petrofac Training Cup on Saturday to book a place in the final against Peterhead.

A half time lead went Rangers’ way when Jason Holt finished a move 10-minutes before the break with that the way it remained until the last 15-minutes.

Three goals in that period, well less than that as it was the final 13-minutes, from Kenny Miller, Martyn Waghorn and Dean Shiels, well an own goal as Sean Kelly turned his cross into the net, made sure of the win and a place in the final as Mark Warburton aims to win his first silverware for the Gers!

The above video shows the highlights from this game at Ibrox, which means Rangers have now lost only once in the last 18-matches with St Mirren, more importantly – not that winning this competition would be taken over promotion – it booked a place in the Challenge Cup final!
