Rangers fans have been left incredibly frustrated again this season after watching Steven Gerrard’s side drop points away to Hibernian at Easter Road on Friday night.
The 1-1 draw means that the Gers could fall further behind Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this weekend, with our chances of sparking a late title race now incredibly slim.
We were poor throughout the 90 minutes against Hibs, but did create enough chances in the first half to put them away, with only one taken by Daniel Candeias.
In the second half we lost grip of the midfield battle and allowed to home side to advance on our defence too regularly.
Many feel like the manager is not utilising Scott Arfield to the best of his abilities plugged into a number 10 role, also criticising Gerrard for taking off the player in the wake of Hibs’ equaliser.
Is the Ibrox boss misjudging what Arfield brings to the team and is the player himself good enough to perform in an attacking midfield role?

Arfield,a driving force in the game, hooked in favour for someone who’s not at the races! Full team license to bomb forward & go man for man at the back! I’m sorry SG you need to up your game. Very naive,Again!

Sorry but so long as we rely on Arfield to be our link between middle and front we won’t kill these kinds of games off!! That position should be someone who gets us 15/20 goals a season!!! @RangersFC 🔵⚪️😡

Wrong decision to take Arfield off today.

Also why was Arfield taken off instead of Jack or Kamara. There wasn’t much of an attempt to go and win the game after conceding.

Should have won that game 3x over. Too many fluffed chances that's the bottom line. We need better than Arfield and Jack in there. They do their best and are good at times but they aren't good enough. Kent's young, really shouldn't be relying on him should have another option

Taking Arfield off has handed Hibs the midfield. Really poor substitution. Not for the first time either.
