Rangers Word On The Tweet

‘Bang average’, ‘Complete liability’ – These Rangers fans have turned on previously reliable star

|

Rangers fans will be anxiously looking on at other results in the Scottish Premiership this weekend after watching Steven Gerrard’s side draw 1-1 away to Hibernian at Easter Road on Friday night.

More dropped points means that if Celtic win their home encounter against Aberdeen today we could fall 10 points the league leaders.

Yet again it was a performance that left a lot to be desired, with very few players getting pass marks for their displays.

One star who drew more criticism than most was Connor Goldson.

The defender looked incredibly shaky in the second half and invited Hibs pressure onto the Rangers defence, eventually being completely unaware of Florian Kamberi’s back post run that resulted in their equaliser.

Candeias was mostly at fault for failing to track Kamberi’s run, but the central defender hardly covered himself in glory either.

Fans are concerned about Goldson’s run of form right now, feeling his standards have slipped heavily compared to the start of the season.
