It’s a great time to be a Rangers fan. Steven Gerrard’s men are doing well at present, and with every passing week, we’re looking more and more like a team capable of challenging at the very top.
A few new faces in January would help to make things even better for the Gers, and all signs are pointing towards exactly that happening.
Indeed, one man that has continually been linked with a move to Ibrox is Steven Davis. According to the BBC, Davis is keen on a move back to the club. Our former player has had a good few years with Southampton, but right now, he’s exactly what we need. He’d add some real quality to the midfield, and his experience could be invaluable.
Unsurprisingly, he’s still a favourite amongst fans, and so plenty of supporters are pretty delighted over on Twitter in response to the prospect of a move.
They can’t wait for him to come home, and they just want their club to get a deal over the line…
Seeing Stevie Davis holding up a Rangers strip again will make my 2019, welcome home

Everyone fretting about Steven Davis signing and where he fits in our midfield? Two things.
1. Before Old Firm game our midfield looked absolutely awful and had done numerous times this season.
2. Steven Davis immediately becomes our best central midfielder.

I haven't seen Steven Davis play in a while so I dunno if he's still got it, but he's certainly an upgrade on Ejaria.
