Rangers supporters are celebrating a second Old Firm derby victory of the season after beating Neil Lennon’s Celtic 2-0 at Ibrox on Sunday.
Goals from James Tavernier and Scott Arfield secured the win, dominating the fixture from start to finish and giving our city rivals plenty to think about over the summer.
We may have missed out on major honours again this season but the building blocks are in place to be a much more consistent force next season and this latest win will give us plenty of confidence heading into the summer.
One of the best performers on the day was midfielder Glen Kamara, whose budget move from Dundee in January is looking like a better and better deal every week.
He was outstanding throughout the 90 minutes, showing up Scott Brown and Callum McGregor before eventually providing a classy assist for Scott Arfield to slot home.
Fans almost can’t believe how good he has been over the last few months and took to Twitter today to share their thoughts on his Sunday display…
Glen Kamara is an absolute steal at £50k. I thought he immense in the second half.
