According to the Scottish Sun, Coventry City could be aiming to steal in and sign Glenn Middleton this summer as the winger looks set for a loan deal away from Ibrox.
The report has revealed how the player was set to move to Doncaster Rovers but with them changing manager since that was on the table, it remains to be seen if he is going to end up there this summer.
Indeed, whilst that goes on their Sky Blue League One rivals could be preparing a move to nick in and take him to the Ricoh Arena – though they will be playing at St. Andrew’s this coming season.
Either way, it does look as though Middleton is set for a loan move away from Ibrox this summer and hopefully he can use that to his advantage.
I’d actually like to see him stay, but I can see the reasoning behind the move as well – if it happens, of course.
