According to Football Insider, Rangers have approached Liverpool over a potential move for midfielder Herbie Kane on loan for the 2019/20 season.

The Gers have had a very successful summer so far in terms of signing players and getting them in early doors so that they can all start working together.

However, this report would suggest that the Bears are not quite done when it comes to signing players and they have apparently made an approach for the midfielder.

A player that scored seven goals for Doncaster Rovers last season and set up another ten on top of that, it is clear that Kane is an effective player when it comes to breaking into the final third and having an impact.

Indeed, he was a key part of getting Rovers into the play-offs in League One last year whilst he was also named in the EFL League One Team of the Year, so let’s see if we can get him in and he has a similar level of success.
