Speaking to Football Insider, former Rangers and Scotland defender Alan Hutton has praised the work that has been done behind the scenes at the Gers in recent years.
Things have certainly come along way in recent years and I think it is fair to say that we are back in the title fight as of this season.
We’ll be looking to add cups, too, and it seems as though across the board we are pulling in the right direction right now as a club.
Indeed, Hutton has been impressed with what he has seen so far and is evidently excited about the changes that have gone on in recent times.
He said:
“There’s a lot of new areas; medical areas, the gym is new, the eating facilities – they’ve upgraded a lot of it. There are some really good changes and things to help the team move forward.”
The Gers are progressing very nicely indeed at the moment and look capable of challenging at the top of the league once again.
Steven Gerrard is doing a fine job and we’re all hoping that that is going to continue.
