Rangers have announced a new kit launch tomorrow at 0900.

A teaser revealed an orange design which will form the basis of the 2022/23 third strip.

Conveniently, Seville is a city known for its abundance of oranges so will we see a match, amid some speculation that both Europa League finalists wont be able to wear their first choice kits? That is despite no obvious clash with blue and black but UEFA usually insist on a clear contrast.

Combined with that, an early launch will cash in on demand ahead of the big game as the clamour for Sunny Spain rises higher and higher amongst the Rangers support.

This likely won’t be the last official merchandise offering from the club via Castore and to be honest, there should be a good quality Seville ’22 range made available, in addition to the plain and garish official EL branded offerings which have emerged in recent days.

Despite the countdown, there are still two games to be played before Spain and matters on the pitch to be taken care of. It is all about preparation now though, ahead of next Wednesday when James Tavernier will seek to emulate John Greig who remains the only other Rangers captain to lift a European trophy.

If he does, will it be wearing traditional blue or orange?  The kit for the final will be revealed very soon.

Tomorrow morning at 0900 is the moment when you can get your hands on the new gear, more info will follow in Rangers official channels.
