The Gers got back to winning ways at the weekend and it was certainly a much-needed result against St. Mirren in the league.
The last few games has seen some doubt creep into the fan-base about the players being up to it but they stepped up at the weekend and responded magnificently.
Hopefully, then, we can crack on in the league and close the gap to Celtic whilst in Europe we’ll also now be looking to try and make the knockout stages of the Europa League.

The relief has been palpable around the club in the last couple of days at the win and now we can go into this one with Spartak in a positive mood.
