A new international break is here and we’ll have to wait patiently for the Gers to be back in action because no-one really likes having to watch the national team at the moment.
Unfortunately, there’s not a great environment around the Tartan Army right now and until that is resolved I can’t really see the country doing much as a footballing side.
Even so, Ryan Jack is currently set to be involved with the squad and so we’ll surely be watching him closely, if to just see him not get injured, hopefully, more than anything else.
Indeed, the midfielder is very important to what we’re trying to do at the moment and he has started this season in fine form.
According to Football Insider, we’ve launched a move to get him on a new contract, too, with it reportedly worth a sizeable £4.2m over a four-year spell.
Let’s hope he signs it as soon as, because he has been excellent so far this season and will be key to any success we’re looking to have in the coming years.
