Summer signing Charlie McCann was seen this week and it is only a matter of time before he starts pressing for a place on the bench but it was in a shooting drill that most excitement was provided.
As expected really, already involved in first team training.

Juninho Bacuna arrived from Huddersfield Town with nobody questioning his ability and after firing an right-footed effort into the top corner, we could, finally, have landed our goal scoring midfielder.

The effort in itself was a great goal but, even at amateur level, players will score these from time to time, the promising thing is, like Ianis Hagi, I have no idea what his strongest foot is yet.
Against Motherwell he was happy to drive inside onto his left foot to get a shot away that he dragged wide of the post but the intent was there, as was the ability to make the space for himself in the first place, that he is capable of shooting with either foot could be a very useful weapon against packed SPFL defences.
Hagi, Bacuna, Fashion Sakala, Ryan Kent and Kemar Roofe could be an interesting combination of players in the same team, I’m just not sure that there would be much passing getting done from within 25 yards.
