Things are starting to get very real, as hit home by this look inside the Rangers changing room in Seville.

The Europa League Final branding, the Rangers badge and colours, our colours, it is all there.

With ‘Follow, Follow’ emblazoned on the design, the players will appreciate the feeling that will be represented and expressed by the tens of thousands of supporters who will be with them in Seville this week.

Some have already arrived in the Andalucian city with others setting out on far flung journeys. Most will depart over the next couple of days from airports all over the UK and further afield.

Obviously, Glasgow and Edinburgh will have a very high number of travellers passing through on their journey to Spain in the hope of seeing the club secure its second European trophy in its fifth final in continental competion, following on from 1961, 1967, 1972 and 2008.

Destiny

It is the current squad under Giovanni van Bronckhorst who will leave it all on the pitch in the quest for glory.

James Tavernier is the captain who will be out to emulate John Greig, 50 years on from he lifted the European Cup Winners’ Cup in 1972.

The skipper and his teammates will st around that changing room, with a steely determination and a hunger to finish a job that they have sustained so well. It is within reach, within expectation and possibility to bring the trophy home.

That changing room would be the first location for the players own celebrations, the first of many that would follow.

Make us dream.
