Lewis Macleod marked a fine return from injury and to match action in our Murray Park friendly against Fulham by scoring a 25 yard screamer.

The midfielder, making his first appearance since illness laid him low back in January, scoring in the first half and got a good 45 minutes under his belt before coming off at half time.

Kenny Miller had opened the scoring, and Bilel Mohsni made his first pre season appearance after returning to training on Monday. With Fulham levelling it to 2-2, we were the much better side in the second half and the Nicky’s Law and Clark secured us the win in the second period.

David Templeton made his first appearance of the summer, and Steve Simonsen also got 45 minutes under his belt having rejoined training following the expiry of his one year deal.
