As unlikely and crazy as it sounds, several sources in Italy are on top of this story and one has just stated that a deal is agreed.

The translation of the tweet reads, “Turning point in Ramsey saga: he has accepted Rangers’ offer.”
Many Rangers supporters would have been expecting a few links and rumours to emanate today but certainly not regarding a player like Ramsay.
Different reports have his standard weekly wage as ranging from £140k to £400k per week – eye watering figures that are just not in the ball park at Ibrox. If there is even any chance of this loan move happening, it would need to be something weighed heavily in terms of the Turin giants continuing to play a big chunk of the Welshman’s salary.
It is just too unlikely, surely not?
