Ryan Kent was in sparkling form for Rangers on Saturday as Steven Gerrard’s brushed aside Dundee in the Scottish Premiership to get back to winning ways after the international break.
Suffering the first defeat of the season away to Celtic two weeks ago, it was hugely important to bounce back and produce a performance fans could be proud of this weekend and Gerrard’s side delivered.
The 4-0 victory against the Dees was the perfect confidence booster ahead of a difficult trip to Villarreal on Thursday evening.
Winger Kent has had a mixed start to his Rangers career but looked dangerous for the majority of his time on the pitch on Saturday, scoring the second goal of the afternoon after a classy passing combination with his teammates.
Many felt he was the side’s top performer, taking to Twitter this weekend to share their thoughts on his performance…
Kent MOTM and Halliday 1% behind. Both had awesome games. Kent was unplayable with lightning feet and a great goal. Halliday was pure class and didn't waste a ball, bore the brunt of a few tackles too.

Shame he's only a loan player. The boy loves his football. Will be an England player one day.

He's been a cracking signing. I hope it becomes permanent. Fast, direct, determined. Tracks back, gets stuck in. Brilliant attitude @ryankent
