Andy Mitchell has signed a one year extension at Rangers.
The Northern Ireland U21 international ended the season well, and tweeted.
‘Delighted to sign my new deal today, its a privilege to play for this club. Love everything about it. Now looking on to the new season.’
After playing on both the right and left of defence, skippering the reserves to the SFL Reserve League title, he received his first team call up making starts in the final four games of the campaign.
Mitchell said his aim at the start of the season was to win another contract, and now he’s achieved that, his aim now is to figure in the first team more often and earn another extension here, stating.
‘If I had it my way, I’d have signed a lifetime contract with Rangers because I absolutely love it here.’
