An entertainer, a talent, a danger in devastating form.
He loves Old Firm games against Celtic and he made them pay once again.
Steven Gerrard decided to deploy Kent centrally, it was a masterstroke.
“I wanted Ryan to do what he does best against Scott Brown and that is to be a menace,” said Gerrard in his post-match interview with Rangers TV, below.
Brown was not the only victim of Kent, who ran rings around several of Celtic’s players, including a delightful move to leave Greg Taylor in a spin – it is just a pity that the moment was not witnessed by a full Ibrox to give it the full praise merited.
Twitter user @Pena_Cartel compiled a showreel of many of Kent’s finest moments yesterday – it speaks volumes that his full display was not captured on the one clip.
Celtic players fear him, their fans fear him – again and again, he does the business and turns up on the big occasion.
