The big games keep on coming and this month is set to be one of the most important in the season.

The Gers might be a little off of the pace in the title race but you can sense that if we keep going we might just be able to reel in Celtic.

Certainly, the momentum is with us at the moment as we face Aberdeen this weekend and we’ll be looking to win that game to kick March off in style.

Away from the fixture, though, some are already thinking about the Old Firm game later this month with Neil Lennon back in charge at Celtic, and former Ger Barry Ferguson is one of those.

In his column for the Daily Record, he has identified the dynamic on the touchline as a potential tinderbox between Steven Gerrard and the new Bhoys coach.

He writes:

“Gerrard versus Lennon? I hope they keep a TV camera trained on the dugouts throughout the next Old Firm game because there could be some fireworks between this pair when they get started.”

Both are fiercely competitive and it is clear that if the title race is still on, it could be an absolute belter of a game.

First, though, Aberdeen.
