A farewell fit for champions as the Rangers supporters give their team a warm send off on their way to face Celtic.

As the two club coaches depart for Parkhead, there was a gathering of fans, cheering and supporting the players, whilst fireworks lit up the night sky above an enlightened Ibrox.

Battle Fever on!

Further support was organised and in place above the M8 as the coaches moved toward the east of the city.

This is exactly the passion and fanaticism that the Old Firm is about, but sadly tonight there will be no Rangers supporters present to give their backing to Giovanni van Bronckhorsts side.

Less than two hours to go now until kick-off at Parkhead with the team lines expected, just after 6.30.
