Rangers fans are praising Connor Goldson massively after he helped the team to another clean sheet in Europe last night in Croatia.
It’s now three clean sheets from three in competitive action for Goldson and his defensive teammates, showing a resilience that was absolutely absent for the vast majority of last season.
After Alfredo Morelos put the Gers ahead against Osijek in Croatia, the home side gave it their best in trying to draw level but drew a blank, with Goldson impressing more than anyone in the defensive line.
The 1-0 lead is now a great platform to finish the job at Ibrox next week.
A signing from Brighton & Hove Albion this summer, Goldson is looking to be an early contender for one of the signings of the season and the recruitment team at Ibrox must take massive credit.
