Which clubs in the United Kingdom are amongst the busiest on an average matchday?
Talksport have crunched the numbers from the opening games of 2016/17 to come up with an average attendance across matches so far this year, and they compiled a top 20 for the biggest average attendances so far this season.
There are a number of sides listed in the top 20 who will be happy to know they are amongst the busiest, and although the giants in English and Scottish football obviously figure as you’d expect, there are also a couple of sides you may not have guessed would be involved.

I’ll also include a quick mention for Brighton and Hove Albion, as they narrowly miss out on that top 20 with an average attendance at the Amex Stadium of 26,179.
