The Gers get back to it this evening as we take on Kilmarnock in the league and look for a reaction after crashing out of the League Cup.
It’s been an up and down season at times in truth and it seems safe to say that we have got some work to do if we are to challenge on all fronts regularly once more.
Certainly, the mentality of the players in big games needs work and some even criticised James Tavernier for his performance at the weekend.
He remains, though, of interest to Championship side West Brom according to the Daily Record and you can just tell that that is going to divide opinion among our fans.
Some of those that have had enough of him will want him gone whilst others will say that he has produced in other big games and that we should try and keep him.
Personally, I hope he stays put because, despite the weekend, he’s been a real pro for us.
