Bury fans are eager to see their club sign Rangers midfielder Jordan Rossiter this summer after the Ibrox star’s successful spell on loan in the second half of this season.
The 22-year-0ld was sent away by manager Steven Gerrard in the January transfer window to get regular first-team football in English League Two and has made 15 appearances for Bury since.
The Gigg Lane side clinched promotion to the third tier on Tuesday night and many fans reckon Rossiter has played a crucial part and are now keen on him making a permanent switch in the summer transfer window.
His prospects of getting regular action at Ibrox are slim with a number of players well ahead of him in the first-team pecking order.
He has a year left on his contract at Rangers and barring a remarkable impact in pre-season will surely be moved on having made just 16 appearances in three seasons.
These Bury fans have taken to Twitter this week to share their hopes they can thrash out another deal for the former Liverpool man…
Rossiter! What can you say. A lad playing way beyond his years. Absolute quality. Galvanised our season. Would love to have him on a season long loan in Division One.
