Rangers fans are keen on the idea of Andre Gray arriving at Ibrox this summer.
The Herald reported on Tuesday evening that Steven Gerrard was plotting an audacious loan move for the Watford forward in an effort bolster our attacking line next season.
Considering he plays regularly in the English Premier League and is just 27 years of age, his signing would be quite the coup and raise eyebrows north and south of the border.
Rangers are desperate to build a squad capable of competing with Celtic and arrivals like Gray would certainly go a long way towards helping us compete for major honours.
Being linked with him shows that there’s big ambition at the club heading into the transfer window.
Whether the move comes off remains to be seen, it is a rather outlandish though.
Fans nonetheless would love to see him in Rangers colours, taking to Twitter to share their thoughts on the rumours…
