Rangers are back top of the league in Scotland and that is something I feel we could start getting used to once again.

We haven’t seen it anywhere near as much as we should have in recent years for obvious reasons but we are back and it looks as though we’re ready to take the challenge to Celtic.

You have to say that Steven Gerrard has done a wonderful job so far in terms of getting the whole club together and it seems as though many are on the same page right now.

And, that said, it seems as though the reserve team is producing the goods as well with a 5-0 win over Kilmarnock recorded:

Youngster Andy Dallas got a hat-trick, too, so you have to wonder when he might come into first-team reckoning.

It might be early, but with our lack of strikers after Alfredo Morelos you wouldn’t rule it out.
