Rangers fans are furious that Kilmarnock have taken the decision to cut our away allocation for the upcoming end-of-season encounter at Rugby Park.
The final match of Steven Gerrard’s debut season comes in Ayrshire on 19th May, with thousands of fans looking forward to send the team off for the summer.
Kilmarnock though have other plans, as reported by STV, cutting our allocation to just one stand at Rugby Park, instead of the usual 8,000 away tickets.
That could mean only 4,000 seats are available to Gers supporters, leaving many without a ticket.
It’s a decision that has angered supporters, with Rangers also offering a response that hints we could refuse to accept large ticket allocations in the future, potentially damaging the Ayrshire club.
Although Killie are celebrating a club anniversary, it does seem a bit odd to cut half of our usual tickets with Rugby Park always a well attended away stadium.
These fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on it all…
3 empty stands it is then

Another example of Scottish football hating itself to oblivion Bill. The majority of live games not involving Rangers & Celtic are played in front of empty stadiums!

Go back to playing them twice a season and see if they want to cut allocations then

Makes no financial sense whatsoever Bill..???
Only in scottish football's la-la-land would financially starved businesses knock back the opportunity to maximise their gate receipts before the season ends…! pic.twitter.com/sjD1cpDQgj

Rangers fans should all now boycott away games. When are we going to realise we are taken as mugs continually when it suits. Hibs, Hearts now Kilmarnock.

What happens if Killie were to lose all the games leading up to this match? Do they still expect their fans to turn up in 1000s and fill 3 stands or will they go begging to Rangers to take more tickets? If they do then I'd love Rangers to refuse any extra tickets

They can’t fill 1 stand never mind 3 the mugs. Their financial loss.
