Many of Steven Gerrard’s summer signings came to Ibrox and made an immediate impact. Between the likes of Scott Arfield and Connor Goldson, it’s evident that Steven Gerrard has an eye for a good deal, and that is very exciting when you consider that the January transfer window is now less than two months away.

One man that perhaps hasn’t had the best start to life at Rangers is Nikola Katic. Despite looking fairly good early in the season, he was dropped by Steven Gerrard, and he’s been unable to really make an impact since.

However, he’s still working hard to get back in the team and get fit, as highlighted by a recent Instagram video posted online. In the clip, which can be seen below, he’s seen on the training pitch work hard, with the defender clearly refusing to give up.

This is exactly the sort of attitude that he’ll need to make it at Rangers. Effort and determination go a long way, and he clearly has it in bucket loads. He’s a talented player, and he has, at times, been very solid at the back.

Fortunately, the season is a long one, and with so many games every single week, he’ll undoubtedly get more chances to make an impact in the Scottish top flight and beyond. Not to mention, at 22-years-old, he’s a player that is continuing to grow and improve with every passing week.

We’re hoping that we might get a chance to see him sooner, rather than later.
