Two In Eighteen As Rangers Slip Up Against Livingston

Earlier today Rangers headed to the Tony Macaroni Arena to face Livingston as we went in search of our first Premiership away win of the 2018/19 campaign.

The away win didn’t come as manager Steven Gerrard fell to his second loss in the last eighteen games since he began life as a gaffer and the hosts 1-0 victory was confirmed when they scored the only goal of the game just after the half-hour mark.

Not the ideal preparation for Rapid Vienna in the Europa League in midweek, nor going into next Sunday’s clash with Hearts but whilst hugely disappointing, and undoubtedly a missed opportunity when you look at the table, one result doesn’t decide a season and despite our lack of losses so far this year, it’s still early days under Gerrard so nobody should be throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

We all know we still have a way to go, this is just a gentle reminder that we need to be better.
