Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s pre-match press conference has taken place in Eindhoven ahead of the Champions League decider.

Following the 2-2 first leg of the Playoff round, the Dutch side will enjoy home advantage and the support of a noisy crowd when the teams go head to head again on Wednesday evening.

As expected, there was a focus on the Alfredo Morelos issue but with the Colombian already ruled out, there was more team news provided and the manager stated that both John Souttar and Ben Davies remain unavailable and haven’t travelled to the Netherlands.

After missing out on Saturday against Hibs, Glen Kamara returns to the squad.

The starting line-up tomorrow night will be very similar to the one from last Tuesday night at Ibrox, any more than one or two changes middle to front would be a surprise.

It means that the Gers are a bit short in defence and attack, with no recognised strikers able to support Antonio Colak as well as having no senior central defenders on the bench. Leon King will continue to provide an option, of called upon, and after his game time on Saturday at Hibs, the youngster will be learning plenty from this particular period.
