Plenty of Liverpool fans are looking forward to on-loan Rangers man Ryan Kent’s return to Jurgen Klopp’s squad this summer after watching him in action against Celtic today.

The winger scored the equaliser in an eventual 2-1 defeat at Celtic Park, bamboozling the Hoops defence to finish expertly past goalkeeper Scott Bain.

Ultimately Steven Gerrard’s side failed to pick up the result they needed to keep the pressure on in the Scottish Premiership, but Kent certainly caught the eye with his contribution.

He caught Scott Brown with a punch too, an incident that went pretty down well with everyone watching on not wearing green and white.

The Daily Record reported earlier this week that the Anfield side had slapped an £8m-£10m valuation on the 22-year-old, likely ruling Rangers out of making a move for him this summer.

Liverpool fans though can look forward to either the player making a breakthrough into Klopp’s talented squad or banking a significant fee.
