Another international break is here and that means another batch of international drop-outs thanks to Alex McLeish’s regime.
It’s not been the best period of McLeish’s career so far with the players seemingly unhappy and many of the fans far from engaged.
Indeed, there seems a lot of splits in the facade of the national team right now and it remains to be seen if they can be put together.
One player that won’t be playing a part, though, is Ryan Jack with the midfielder withdrawing from international duty – just days after linking up with the squad:
???????????????????????????? Scotland squad update:
Ryan Jack has withdrawn from the squad to face Albania and Israel through injury.

This, of course, is good news in the main because it means he’s not going to feature for them and make his injury worse.
Indeed, it is a bit of a pain that it is down to a knock but that is thought to be slight and so overall we’ll probably be happy with this news.
