Following defeat to Celtic at the weekend, Rangers fans have obviously been having their say about the performance, players who did and didn’t turn up and depending on natural temperament either being philosophical about things or going into meltdown.

Suffice to say we were poor on the day given the performances we’ve put in so far and Celtic stepped up a gear which to me shows they felt the pressure and that’s not a bad thing.
Okay, it was a first defeat under manager Steven Gerrard, but you have to factor in our Europa League campaign is new to a lot of the players given our summer dealings and we weren’t bright so arguably the last game took its toll. The group are still bedding in themselves anyway given the number of arrivals and we haven’t fully gelled so I doubt there’s anyone who wasn’t expecting hiccups and disappointments as we went.
Just Sod’s Law it hit in this one.

Responses to the above tweet have been well received on social media though with fans largely accepting it’ll take time to come together properly, so patience is needed as Gerrard is still learning himself.
Aye, bringing off Jack a mistake. Between 45-65' Ejaria/Kent should have been off, Arfield too as he played a blinder 1st half but slowed 2nd half, Middleton/Candeias need more than 10mins to stretch legs and make an impact. My one criticism of Stevie G, need make changes earlier

we can see by the rodgers and celtic reaction after the game how much pressure they were under that pressure is not going away it's going to become more intense and we will have our day.

Very disappointing , todaybim@afraid just showed we are still well behind them. They absolutely ran all over us at Will, thank you Alan McGregor for saving us from the hiding we should have got. A lot of work still to do .

Unlucky to lose 2 injury time goals which cost 4 points, and played only 1 home game so far. Away games to the top 2 teams from last year in the first 4 games hardly an easy start. Given the fact they put in a superhuman effort on Thurs with 9 men, it was always a big ask today

Is see there is a call by some saying Gerrard must go.. ffs it's a defeat yes , but we learn, improve and go again..

I was actually impressed with the efforts and performance which deserved more than a lucky 1-0 which could've went any way
