Rangers are looking to shake things up this summer now that Steven Gerrard knows exactly where he wants to adapt his team.

The boss will have got a great idea of where his team’s strengths and weaknesses now lie heading into the summer and you can bet we’re going to see a few changes.

One player whose future remains undecided, meanwhile, is Eros Grezda’s and things are certainly taking a few twists involving him at the moment.

The winger has never really managed to break into the side under Steven Gerrard and after being called up to the Albania national team, he has now pulled out.

The Albanian FA explained:

“Eros Grezda has withdrawn from the two games due to personal reasons.”

What these personal reasons are remains to be seen but it’s not a bad idea to suggest it could be down to the fact his future is so up in the air.

He’s due for talks this summer with the club to decide that, and it looks as though he’s got a lot on his plate at the moment.
