It was a special day on Saturday and one that reminded us why we`re proud to be Rangers fans and not of another club.
Indeed, I`d never imagined supporting another side other than the Gers and when you see moments like we did at the weekend it makes it all the sweeter with a host of legends taking part in a game for all the right reasons.
It was a celebration of all that`s good about our club but, perhaps most touching of all, was the sense of both sadness and perseverance Fernando Ricksen`s appearance brought.
A real hero to many of us, he`s been fighting Motor Neurone Disease for a fair few years now and it was good to see him back at Ibrox. Let`s take a look at the reaction to that whilst hoping we`ll see plenty more of him in the years to come.

It’s actually so difficult to see someone who a few years ago was as fit as anyone & now going through those struggles. Keep up the fight Fernando!
