Rangers are looking to get themselves a good start in Europe this week with the Europa League back in full for the 2019/20 season.

Rangers enjoyed a decent time of things last year in the competition and will be looking to go that little bit better and make it into the group stages.

Certainly, it’s exciting to see the Gers in Europe but Steven Gerrard does have a few selection headaches to have to deal with going into the game with Feyenoord.

One solution to the left-back problem, though, according to Ibrox Noise, is that Andy Halliday will continue on the left-hand side of defence.

Jon Flanagan has been ruled out for a while after his latest bout of surgery and it seems as though the report from the Rangers site expects to see Halliday play there against the Dutch side on the night.

We’ll soon see if that is the case, but it wouldn’t be a shock if it is.
