A picture paints a thousand words.

The above idiom may be correct but the pictures below don’t need any words – they simply speak for themselves.

At Rangers training today, the smiles were as wide as the river Clyde as the crop of 2021 stand on the edge of glory.

The Premiership title is now in touching distance and it could be all over by this Sunday – the first week in March!

Rangers need to win first and then look to to Dundee on Sunday.

Whether it is confirmed days or weeks from now matters little – the red, white and blue ribbons are on the trophy.

It will obviously mean so much to the fans and that fact will be made loud and clear but this group of players realise what they are about to achieve.

For most of them, it will be their first taste of success, for the older heads like Allan McGregor and Steven Davis, it will be a welcome return to the winning feeling.

For Alfredo Morelos, his goals and application will be rewarded, complimenting the significant hard work, dedication and sacrifice that it takes a for a young lad from an impoverished background in Colombia to achieve this success far away in Europe.

For Scott Arfield,  Joe Aribo and Glen Kamara, it will be a first success and winners medal with Rangers – it is going to mean so much.

There are plenty of stories, both individual and collective that will be heard over the coming weeks and months.

Enjoy it, savour it, take it all in.

This is our time.
