Rangers have been rather active so far in the January transfer window and it is certainly something that we can all get behind.
The work the board and Steven Gerrard have done so far has to be praised and it seems as though we are seriously aiming to win the title this year.
However, some news isn’t good this month and despite no inclination of an exit coming, Bill Young reckons we can expect a bid of £7m for defender James Tavernier.
The skipper has done well at times this season though he has also taken on criticism – as is often the way of a Rangers captain.
For me, though, he does a good job and though this is fairly decent money I wouldn’t entertain the idea of selling him.
It remains to be seen, though, whether the club has other ideas – though I expect they’ll reject any offer, particularly mid-season.
