Don’t let the scoreline fool you, this was not as easy as it looked!

Rangers ended up 6-2 winners but before they pulled away, East Stirling kept on fighting back. Lee McCulloch scored from the penalty spot to give Rangers a 1-0 lead in the 12th minute. Andy Little then got his first goal since his return from injury in the 39th minute. Plucky East Stirling though were determined they weren’t going to be beaten easily and pulled one back two minutes later thanks to a goal from Turner.

Rangers restored their two goal lead four minutes into the second half with Lee Wallace scoring again after he had netted last week. But still East Stirling wouldn’t give up and they brought it back down to a one goal lead in the 58th minute, this time from the penalty spot. The penalty converted by Quinn.

Rangers got a fourth in the 63rd minute, and this time the fight had went out of East Stirling and Rangers went on to score another two. The fourth one was scored by Kevin Kyle, his first ever goal for the club. Goals five and six were scored by Kai Naismith, and McCulloch with another penalty.
