There has been a very welcome addition to the famous red, white and blue, in and around Glasgow.

That is of course, gold.

Gold for the champions, for 55, for Scotland’s number one.

Following the title triumph last month, there has been an explosion of expression to mark the occasion.

As can be seen from the video above, there are now some very smart design adorning the urban landscapes in Glasgow.

Activity

With the continued lockout from Ibrox and elsewhere, the fans are left to channel their passions at home and elsewhere as the circumstances dictate.

Despite this, the Union Bears have continued to be active as a group and in particular, the banners of solidarity produced in the aftermath of the infamous Slavia game were very well received and appreciated.

The banners were put in position at Rangers Auchenhowie training base, last month.

Later, a rep from the group met up with Glen Kamara as the UB conveyed the support of the Rangers fans toward him and Kemar Roofe, in a stand against the ugly tirade of racial abuse – that they continue to receive.
