Tedesco’s team are through to the German Cup final but now just outside of the Champions League spots in the Bundesliga, then there is tonight’s semi-final and just one step from a major European final.
Between pressure, expectation and demands, they are definitely feeling it.
The quality in the team is significant and Rangers are in for a tough game, but combined with the Ibrox roar and whatever else is going on off the pitch, this tie is definitely in the balance and all to play for.
Hopefully another loss tonight for RBL can leave them to reflect even further, in what would be another significant scalp for Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s team. The approach of the visitors is likely to come in response to how Rangers start the game. They will look to exploit space as much as possible but we have all seen how the Gers can turn the screw in Europe this season.
