Rangers will be looking to add some more signings quickly now, you’d hope, with pre-season underway and plans for European football being made.

The qualifying stages are taking shape and the prospect of the new season is becoming closer to reality already, so the Gers need to be ready.

It appears, too, after a fairly slow start to proceedings this summer, we’re beginning to spark into life.

According to the Scottish Sun, we’ve agreed terms with George Edmundson and he is set for a medical whilst Joe Aribo is set to tell Charlton he is to leave tomorrow with talks with him ongoing.

The hope for the pair of them is that they will both join before the club heads to Portugal for a pre-season training camp, and that will certainly be a good thing as they’ll be able to bed in well.

The window is finally sparking into life it seems, and hopefully more will follow them in.
