Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has named his team for tonight’s clash with Russian side FC Ufa at Ibrox.

As announced by UEFA, the full match squad is as follows:

Starting XI: Allan McGregor, James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Nikola Katic, Jon Flanagan, Ryan Jack, Scott Arfield, Daniel Candeias, Ovie Ejaria, Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos.

Substitutes: Wes Foderingham, Lee Wallace, Umar Sadiq, Andy Halliday, Ross McCrorie, Kyle Lafferty, Glenn Middleton.

The Gers are so far unbeaten in the Gerrard-era, negotiating nine games at home and abroad without defeat. However, tonight’s visitors will likely pose the toughest test of the summer so far.

The squad has been blighted by a number of injuries over the last few weeks but the manager has still managed to name a strong eleven that will hopefully rise to the occasion in front of what will be a loud and buoyant Ibrox crowd.

Tonight’s team is boosted by the return of Ryan Jack, who sat out the match against Kilmarnock, with Daniel Candeias also starting after the serious injury suffered by Jamie Murphy.

Kyle Lafferty also has the chance of making an appearance after signing from Hearts this week, being named on the bench.

Hopefully it’s a team that can pick up a big win to take to Russia.
