Serge Atakayi has taken to social media to issue what seems to be a plea to get more game-time sooner rather than later in his career.
The young player featured briefly for Rangers last season but also saw a loan spell out in Finland occur where he enjoyed some more regular action.
Indeed, he has got a taste for that now and, on Instagram – via the Scottish Sun, he has asked for more.
It is unclear, however, whether he means that he wants Steven Gerrard to notice him more or whether he is currently frustrated at an injury that is holding him back from playing.
Either way, he clearly wants to be out on the grass but, looking at our squad, you feel as though another loan deal might well have to be the order of the day at the moment.
He is a good young player, but he has some work to do for sure.
